 In this course we introduce the Yay! rewards program and its importance in growing your store sales and increasing your customer loyalty.

In this course we will explain important elements to the program like what is the value of a Yay! to the consumer. How and where Yay! can be applied on specific purchases and how does the Colour of the week change the value of Yay! on selected items.

The course also provides an overview of day to day administrative and troubleshooting tips for common issues like replacing cards or redeeming perks without their physical card.
